Amy Clark

Amy Clark

Amy received an Associate degree in Nursing from Lakeshore Technical College in 2007, followed by a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2012.  She then earned a Doctorate in Nursing Practice degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 2017.  She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP).

Amy has prior experience in intensive care, emergency and urgent care, palliative and hospice care, and family practice.  She began working with Dr. Bettag in 2020 and thoroughly enjoys getting to know her patients and their families.  She strives to provide care individualized to her patient's goals.

Amy grew up in the Sheboygan area, where she currently lives with her husband and three children.  She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, watching her children's sporting events, biking, yoga, and being outdoors.

Amanda Fritz

Amanda Fritz

Amanda received a bachelor's degree in Physiology from North Michigan University-Marquette, MI in 2007, followed by a Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University-Downers Grove, IL in 2011.

Amanda has practiced in the field of hematology/oncology since her graduation from PA school in 2011.  Initially spending 13 years in inpatient hematology/oncology prior to transitioning to the outpatient setting with Dr. Bettag in 2025.  Amanda takes time to understand each patient's story, offering guidance that supports both physical and emotional well-being.  Her goal is a blend of evidence-based medicine with a compassionate approach, ensuring every patient feels heard and supported.  

Amanda grew up in Elkhart Lake and now currently lives in West Bend with her husband and three children.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her children's sporting events, and staying active.
